Previous owner wired something up here and then removed the gadget. Any ideas? It's spliced into the left headlight wiring harness and everything else (looks like a larger male / female connection and two smaller female connectors) is just hanging down through the front-left wheel well.

Possibly aftermarket lighting that tied into the turn/DRL on the fender, or bumper fog light/DRL/amber turn signal? Might need a circuit tester to see what function the connectors have.

I do have both DRL and aftermarket side blinkers I'd like to install with no (pre-youtube) idea how. I guess I'll hit two birds with one stone and see if this wiring works on those lights.

You may need to clean up the wiring for your new lights. Connecting may be very different. But yeah, that would be a win-win for you in the long run. Good luck.
