I use Fluid Film.
I spray inside every hole in the frame rails, inside the shock mounts, anywhere that the tires will spray on.
I spray inside the body cavity anywhere I can pull a bolt and spray inside, as well as remove the tail lights and spray heavily in the back. 3-6 cans depending on if it is the first time ever, or the yearly touch up.
It works pretty good! It smells terrible.....my wife hates when I apply it each fall to her van. After 5 years, the van only has rust on one dogleg where it was already blistering when I bought it. No new rust anywhere else.
