I found this laying next to the oil filter housing on my 2026 3.6 liter. It has a black marker line on it - almost like the other inspection marks.

Wild ass guess. Looks like a temporary protective cap for a port or something used to charge through a port on the hvac system or similar. I’m a guesser.

It’s trash. Used to cover the end of A/C system hoses to maintain cleanliness.
