I'm planning to get one to mount my Day tank WaterPort.
My concern is not the Pak Rax itself, but where is mounted on, overtime it will not deform the main body body upper channel ?
Overlanding with 15kg or 30lbs on the side, with all the bumps....

With the testing we have done, we do not see any deformations, the gutter of the hardtop is very sturdy. In fact, many companies have resorted to making roof racks that mount directly to that gutter and people have run 150 lb tents on it and whatnot.
