Weekend trail ride-Tillamook area

Anyone near Tillamook want to run Cedar Tree and Firebreak Five this Saturday?

I see that this is an old post but wanted to know if that area is still closed for fire danger?

Until yesterday they were closed for sure, but couple days ago some fire restrictions were canceled - https://tillamookstateforest.blogspot.com/2021/08/ohv-trails-re-open-on-western-side-of.html. However, If I read this correctly, all badge trails are still closed.

Taking a weekend trip up to Portland with the lady and the EcoDiesel Rubicon. Planning on arriving at Cedar Tree the morning of the 4th around 10am, not sure if anyone is planning on hitting the trail that day but more than happy to tag along with any locals to enjoy some trails. We have a friend possibly driving down from Seattle as well to tag along in her JLU.

Planning a couple nigh trip to run some of the trail July 11-13. Any advice on places to camp and trails to run?

I will be in Tillamook Browns camp the 11-13 if anyone wants to come and join us for some trail runs.

I'd run Cedar Tree again if I didn't have to work. If it was earlier on the 4th I would have ran Firebreak Five

Just spent 11-14 in Tillamook. Camped at Gales creek, lots of good wheeling and no other jeeps around. In fact only saw a couple other trucks up there. Weather and trails were all great.
