Weak Steering

Anybody else have a hard time turning the wheel in 4 Lo with the axles locked. I have 37's and unless I am on loose dirt it's a beotch to turn the wheels. I figure it has something to do with the larger tires and also because I have a -38 offset on my wheels which makes me have a large scrub radius when I turn them. I know I'm not the only one with 37's or a big offset and was wondering if anyone else has this issue.

Also I already know there isn't much point in having the axles locked unless it's needed.
