Worked for me also. Pulled both 97/11. Saved me about a 50 mile trip to the dealer.

Be sure to push down on all relays and fuses in the fuse box. I was having the same USB problem plus other issues like the lines in the backup camera disappearing, dash flashing when hitting pot holes, etc. In my case, I didn't need to pull 97 and 11, but both of them were loose as well, causing intermittent connections. Over half of the fuses and relays clicked when I pushed on them.

Thanks for tip on F11 remove and replace . Worked a treat and saved up 300km round trip as I live in regional Australia. If it happens again I at least have a chance of fixing it .
