Sounds like your ACC needs to be recalibrated but I doubt it will be done under warranty.
Between your lift changing the camera height and your adjusting of the camera without calibration tools, you haven't got a leg to stand on. All roads lead to "you broke it".

That’s not right. When set at the greatest following distance you should be at least 2 to 3 seconds behind the leading vehicle.
