Uconnect vs. Ford Sync 3.4

The Android Auto resolution is terrible on this 8.4 inch screen. Only two app rows display. That's probably my biggest complaint. There should be a full screen option, like there is on the map.

I can't speak to the 8.4. I have the 7in wishing I had the 8.4 lol

Does it crop android/apple so that the buttons are still on the bottom?

The 8.4 even looks small to me.

I had the 8.4 in my grand Cherokee but it was before jeep adopted car play

Not sure what you mean by crop. Here is a picture of android auto though

On the 8.4 we get the system buttons on the bottom so the resolution is about the same as what you are showing.

I actually like the system buttons being there, it could just use a full screen mode (which the navigation map has on the 8.4).

It's not bad but the vertical resolution appears to be lower than what I was used to on my prior Ford Sync system. I see less of the map and home screen icons.
