Uconnect update???

I posted this in the technical section but though it was worth running by this forum as well.
I just plugged my VIN into the Uconnect site for checking for updates and fully expected to get the only result I have ever gotten which is "Your Uconnect is up to date". But just now it popped up with an available update? I am downloading as I type and it is 9.95 GB in size. While it downloads I checked out the install documentation and I got to tell you it sounds risky at best. It almost reads like this should not be available unless you are an authorized dealer? Anyone ever done the download and install instead of the FOTA?
I think I will wait to see if this has been successfully performed before.

I tried this update but it tells me my Jeep currently have the same version as I was attempting to install it.
21.10 is actually a very old update version that seems to only recently been pushed to some VINs just now..

I just checked and have an update available with a particular service bulletin id and 2019-05-15 timestamp.

Going to try tomorrow and will report back.

Went in for my initial jeep wave oil change about a week ago and they did it for me at the dealer. I'm really not sure what the update was. Possibly stability updates?

Check that If you already have 21.10 on your vehicle or this update won’t install.
