there is no corresponding message on the dash. After 3 months I have not seen any indicator lights pointing to any issues.
Appointment made at the dealership to investigate.

Glitch? Anyone experience this?

You may want to try to soft reset your uConnect system (See below). For the JK, this was related to the security system. It was said to mean either the key wasn't recognized, or there was something wrong with the alarm system. On the JL, I'm still not sure if the cause has been pinpointed.

I had the light come on once, and thought maybe I'd started it before the uConnect fully booted. I turned the engine off, then restarted after uConnect was completely booted, and all was fine.

The soft reset procedure was shared by $uicide$hift in another post: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/reseting-a-break-down.8541/#post-186967

Soft Reset Instruction
1) Put your vehicle into the accessories mode (ACC or RUN)
**For keyless start (push-button) vehicles: push the start button twice without having their foot on the gas or brake pedal**

2) Hold down the Phone and voice recognition buttons, at the same time, for thirty seconds.

3) Let go of the buttons

4) Turn vehicle off

5) Open driver’s side door for thirty seconds (or until dash illumination goes black)

6) Close door

7) Restart vehicle

8) Let the media center load up and see if concern is still present
