I feel your disappointment but the Jeep builder online is not the ultimate arbiter of the equipment on your Jeep, the window sticker and the build sheet is. If it is not on the window sticker and you did not get it in writing I’m sorry it didn’t come with it.

You can change out the radio despite what Jeep says. I did. The 7 inch radios do come up for sale or you could upgrade to the 8.4. If you buy one make sure you get the unlock code, you WILL need it! Changing out the radio is a pretty simple swap, if I am right the antenna and wire are present on your Jeep Because it says it is “SXM capable”.

I would caution on upgrading to the 8.4" unit. The Uconnect system is flakey, at best. If you upgrade your unit, Jeep/FCA will not support it. Getting updates for the unit is problematic, as there is no process to get updates in place if the unit did not ship with your Jeep. If you have problems, there is no support channel.

Go third party if you replace the unit.
