Transmission shudder when slowing down

I went to the dealer again for like 2-3 times after the transmission change
They are not gonna help it seems as its a jeep thing
And my jeep is just 11 months old
Replaced transmission on the 3rd month

What made them replace the transmission? This seems normal that a vehicle with a massive transmission would ‘jerk’ at slowing down. Mine does the same thing.

It doesn't seem normal to me or them since other Jeeps don't have this problem.
