Trade in Value

I am tearing up even writing this post, but am looking at having to trade in/sell the JL...will not be forever, but for a year or so having to go to a fuel efficient vehicle for the time being (100 mile round trip for work for at least a year). I was shocked at what Carvana offered for my 45k mile 2018...36k which is more than I paid for it brand new, but of course minus the wheel upgrades. Just love how these things hold their value. Will be glad to get back into a new one in a year of so, but until then will be living through you guys on here. Anyone else made a trade lately with the used car market so inflated right now?

Bought my 2018 in February with 11K miles. I have spent about 2K in upgrades (namely tires, LED lights, floor mats, stuff like that). Dealer called to ask if I wanted to sell it back. I told them that I had spent money on it. They offered the purchase price + the 2K I spent + 2K more … I said no, because I would not be able to find another one. But, interesting how desperate they are …
