Towing Capacity

Any word on what the Towing capacity for the diesel will be? Seems like the maximum towing on a gas JLU is still 3500lbs.. Is it likely that the Diesel will be rated to tow 5000lbs? That's basically my cutoff, any less capacity than that and it won't be a viable option for me.

The engine does not determine towing capacity, it is more about the suspension. Since this is built with off road in mind over towing you are not going to get that type of tow capacity out of a Wrangler.
