Touch screen gloves

I bought a pair of touch screen leather gloves. The work great on my iPhone, but do not work at all on the Jeep.

I do have a screen protector on the Jeep. Has anyone else had success or failure using gloves on the screen?

I have a pair of Head gloves designed for touch screens, but they're not leather. They work fine on the 8.4...I also have the screen protector.

I have a 7” and my Head gloves (Costco) work great.

This things don’t seem to have anything special but work just fine.
