Touch Screen Glitch

So far in the past week and a half about three times already and it happened last night… The touch screen will not turn on - it stays black and it glitches - it’ll say loading and then it’ll shut off and then it will repeat it again where it says loading and it makes these audio glitch feedback noises… Has anybody had trouble with similar situation

If you have a Tazer, reboot the head unit. If you don’t, pull the fuse for a minute to force a reboot.

Thank you for the note back… I don’t know what you mean by tazer… Where would I find this fuse?… I just don’t want to screw anything up

Tazer is a programmer/code deal. Basically a stand alone device that you can plug into your JL for configuration items. You'd know if you had one.

As far as the fuze, I'll let someone more knowledgeable or with access to the manual answer that part.

You've got some great advice here. If you end up getting this inspected by the dealer, let us know. We're available via direct message and can help with that process or get this escalated if needed.
