Time between adding option and POC

Does anybody know how long it takes for the dealer to receive a new Purchase Order Confirmation after adding an option, in my case anti-slip, to an existing order? The dealer told me that they got verification from the factory that it was added to my order but Jeepcares does not see anti-slip on my order. I have asked my dealer to send me the new Purchase Order Confirmation sheet to verify that it has been added but they tell me they don't have one yet and won't give me an estimate as to when they will have the POC.

I did it twice, and in both cases got an updated POC within 48hrs. From what I could infer from my dealer, there is no real processing time. Any issues seemed to be related to the FCA rep taking time before logging the change in their system. On the last change, my dealership's new car manager admitted he had to call the rep again and remind him to make the change as he had not received confirmation. I got the POC within hours after that.

I ordered on a Thursday, made a change on Friday and had new POC on Tuesday, but my salesman was out sick on Monday, so it could have been ready then.

This is weird, the manager of the dealership says that they still don't have the updated POC. I ordered on the 13th, made the request for anti slip on the 19th, my dealer told me that the factory confirmed the new add on on the 20th. Similar to you. He tells that it could be because it still hasn't entered the next stage. I don't know what he means by this. I asked him to call his FCA rep to follow up, let's see what he says.

My dealer says he got confirmation but has not received the new POC nor does it reflect with Jeep chat that anti slip is in my order.
