Time line for adding options to a complete production unit

I was told my Jeep Rubi was completed in production but was being finished with the optional equipment I had ordered. Jeep chat said it was out of production 8 days ago. Any idea on time frames to get out of this stage. I have a build sheet that I printed out using the VIN, the tracking module still show build sheet not found and sticker not found.. New to this any enlightenment would by a big help.
