The 3.6 in the JK is almost always a failed roller/rocker. If you don't have a check engine light yet for a misfire, you may be able to save it before it eats your camshaft up. Tons of videos on Youtube showing this repair, it's relatively easy. Just do the damaged roller rocker if your camshaft is fine, lifters are usually fine but many people replace everything while they are in there anyways.
Hi, thanks, what do you suggest I do replace roller/rocker only or do the lifters along with the roller/rocker, if the camshaft is fine. My engine light has not gone on and the truck is driving fine.

Just do the damaged roller/rocker if camshaft is fine then follow up with an oil change.
