Thoughts on this Deal?

So I got this deal over the weekend from a dealer who has a JLU Sahara on the lot. The only thing it's missing is the Cold Weather package which is why I haven't taken the deal. Sorry - the final payment is cut off in the pic.....Monthly is $625 incl tax for 39mo / 10k year; $3000 out of pocket. Trading in my 2017 JKU Sahara - checked 4 dealers and best i can do is $33k so wasn't looking at that. The trade off would be to wait for my order to come in....been in D1 for 3 weeks now with no build date. Concerned that rates will go up by March & definitely April. Thoughts?

Im getting $390 a month for 39 months and 15k miles with $5k down, and I'm still gonna haggle when I go back. (Sahara)
If I recall correctly, somebody is getting about $480 a month with 0 down.

Thanks! Yeah I re-ran it all and it's still $2k over invoice. The negative equity is coming from a trade on my current lease = -$5000 so that hurts and is why then higher pmt!

Glad I walked away. LOL. Even with the negative equity they are too high. I'll keep looking for 2% under invoice. THANKS for sharing this!
