Evening,

I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a 21' Rubicon and was wondering how this deal is.

Rubicon Unlimited
6spd
Painted Hardtop
Cold Weather
Mesh top

MSRP $48,815
Discount $5,046

Price before TTL $43,768

This is with the tread lightly discount as well.

I was hoping to go through Koons, but they no longer sell to MA residents.

That’s a fair / good deal. End of the year so dealers more likely to move units. I ordered and got 8% below invoice but had to wait 6 weeks

Edmunds comes in at $46,399 for invoice.
The dealer should give you this information. Most people end up at 3 - 8% below FWP depending on a variety of factors the most significant being whether you're willing to travel to a few specific dealers that offer the lower end of that range.

Did you try darcars (edit: or is it Criswell) in Rockville, MD? I think they deal pretty good too on orders.

Hi Matt(?), if the $43,768 price is the out the door price except for tag and title you're already getting in the ballpark of the recommended high volume dealers. It sounds like a reasonable price to me.

Yes, that’s with their dealer fee.

Tax, title, and reg will be added later.

The dealer is only 5 minutes from my house so I’m willing to pay a little more for the convenience.

If you like the dealer that convenience is also worth something. I'm curious, do you know why Criswell stopped selling to MA residents?

I’d like to know why they don’t sell to MA residents as well. Sounds odd. Did you go through the right guys? Leon Travis for Criswell and Craig Benner at Koons?

Seems like a good deal to me and is on par with how much I paid through Criswell. I think I was about $500 better, but different options. Enjoy.

I actually spoke with both of them. Super friendly.

I think the registration process became too complicated.

Sorry. That really sucks. You can try reaching out to Kate at Courtesy Jeep in Coatesville PA. Maybe she can help you with a deal and also deal with MA registration. Several people got help from her, I tried twice though and she never responded (and I’m just 40-50 minutes from there).

That really sucks though. Sorry man.
