I'm torn between this American Adventure Labs bumper and the GenRight Ultra Clearance, this is very close and way cheaper than the GenRight...going to sell my steel Rubicon bumper as I want something very tucked up and compact but strong with a winch mount. Rock crawling we do will scrape them all, so more clearance is better and keeping weight down is important to me. Most bumpers hang down and/or stick out forward too much, gotta check the installation instructions for spacers, 1/4" is ok, but more than that and I'm out!

I have the Genright. Can’t say I love it or hate it because there’s only one true way to test a bumper. It’s light, looks decent, has taken a few bumper pulls with no issue. Really nothing else to say.

Rev the Ebay oem rubicon knockoff front bumpers will fit all your criteria and are cheap. You can get it in aluminum also for same price as the steel one. It will not drop your front end, it didnt drop mine at least coming from plastic. There are several threads on here about them.

The OEM rubicon bumper is a solid choice and it looks proper even with the wing left on but it looks way better without them.

@AA_Jeeper Agreed on bullbars, a low tucked in tight bar or none at all please.

Check out Crawltek. US made bumpers, a bunch of reasonably priced options from full width to stubby. They've got a sale on right now: Jeep Wrangler JL / JLU (2018-2026) – CrawlTek Revolution

They're owned by Fox, seem to be pretty solid.
Thanks but those bumpers hang down too low, prefer they are same height as frame rails or very close for more approach angle. Winch should be mounted between the frame rails please.
