There are some that do some additional testing, but I always liked black stone. Easy and they keep track of your results. You can tell they actually review and comment back base on your engine.
They're all I use to track my M3's trends. That car's never had the rod bearings done in 20 years and nearly 49000 miles, so I'm watching the copper count like a hawk.
I've used them for all of my analyses and have been quite satisfied. Review & comparison to similar population of engine averages is nice. Plus, they make it simple with the prepaid envelopes + sample bottle. They do list their ASTM methods here.
