Assuming you are taking them to a tire shop to get mounted, I would see what they would charge to pull the old sensors out of the stock wheels and install them on the new ones. Breaking the outer bead of the original tires, pulling the TPMS out, and slapping in a regular valve stem shouldn't take more than a couple minutes a tire and regular valve stems are a few dollars. I would also check and see what the shop would charge to provide new sensors.....may be more money and not worth it, but if they don't work they are on the hook to replace them.
