I installed the Morimotos today. A very significant improvement over the OEM box lights with bulbs.

Out here in AZ I see quite a few jeeps sporting these two. Know a few who run these and do serious rock crawling and they like these

@The Last Cowboy

They look very good on that bright white of yours!!

Yesterday, at Morimoto's vendors booth at Jeep Beach 2025, I saw these in both the red and smoked versions..... On display and also mounted on JL's. They looked really decent.

I do like the more stream lined look of the Oracle offering a tad more.... but again, the Morimotos are real real nice.

Lets see how the Morimotos hold up over time. Even the rep said they were in "hopes" that they would hold up well, but it was too soon to tell.

I talked warranty with the Morimoto rep and the warranty is decent. It's a 5 yr warranty.. He mentioned that you should keep your OEM tail lights just in case you were to have an issue with the Morimoto.... because> He said Morimoto will have you mail back the problematic light and once seen and checked, then they would mail a replacement. He said only way around this is for them to charge you for the replacement light that they would send right out and then when they got yours, they would issue a credit..

For sure if a guy or gal with blind spot monitor's on their JL, should definitely go with the Morimoto offering. For sure the Oracle offering falls way short in regard to how their offering handles BSM.

I also stopped by the Oracle booth yesterday and spoke with their rep Terry that posts on this forum for Oracle as Oracle Terry..

He spewed to me that the Oracles if you tweaked them a bit, that they worked perfectly in regard to the JL's BSM. I kinda laughed a bit and shook my head and said yeah, yeah, sure.
For sure after reading forum posts for the last few years in regard to the Oracle offering, I / we all know better..

I spent some time going back and forth vs the Oracles. I don't have BSM, so that wasn’t a concern. In the end it was about warranty, and to a lesser degree, how much the light looks like it could be an OEM offering.

There are many complaints here about QC/reliability issues that swayed me toward the Morimotos. Prices were about the same, so that wasn’t an issue. There are a lot of cheap lights online, and most look bad or worse.

These look awesome. Would definitely recommend going with the Morimoto's or the tail lights from Form Lighting. There are some less expensive options from Winjet also.
