Tailgate Storage

Used some 1" × 24" velcro straps and a few smaller sized boxes I picked up from Harbor Freight for about $15 each. Had to take the panel off, which just has clips, to get the velcro thru the back of the panel. Took all of 10-15 minutes.

One is being used as my first aid kit, the other I'm not sure yet

i was thinking about putting a bag back there also...just haven't put much thought into what bag yet. I want store my jumper cables and tow strap. I started looking at molle bags but haven't gotten very far. Looking for other suggestions.

I'd be careful to keep the weight around 20lbs. The mopar tailgate table is said to support 25lbs, so I think 20lbs should be safe

That tailgate trim panel is held on with clips. This may not be super secure in an accident.

Quadratec has it on pre-order and Tuffy shows it is shipping starting today. Gonna hold off to see if any vendor does better than the $299 msrp or catch a lucky discount or coupon sale.
