Aux switches from the factory. Worked and now hooking up new lights no work.
Bad ground maybe?

Gotta start by checking all wires and connectors. Step 1: is it plugged in? :)

Yeah I'll have to troubleshoot tomorrow... Ran outta time tonight just don't know how I missed two switches. The other two, front bumper and pillars are fine.
I m hoping ground.
Is there a fuse?
The switch lights up is the weird part.

If this is just wiring a light to a factory AUX switch: you already said it - a positive and a ground....nothing else to it. They make it simple for us. 1st check your connections/wires, then maybe wire up something else very close - dont "run" wires. See if its the actual light. Troubleshooting...:headbang::)

If I remember correctly, two of the switches came powered from the battery and two with the motor running. Settings in your radio. Try again with your Jeep running on to see if that was the case. If yes, go into the setting on your radio and change the preferences on the Aux Switches.

Gotta be fuse...
So I looked at the fuse box is it aux 3 and 4?
If so they are huge...
Any thought on where to get them?
Unless I'm wrong.

Unlikely the fuses, unless you wired it while it was hot and switched on and shorted it.

Quit messin around and get a multi-meter to do this work. They're cheap and save you a bunch of guessing on all kinds of electrical work.

The 40 amp fuses or the smaller 15 amp one? I somehow blew a 40 amp one and they are a mopar only part apparently as I can’t find them anywhere. If anyone has a part number for the 40 amp slot style fuse that would be great.
These fuses are the right size but the slots have to be fully open and these aren’t.
