Swing away bike rack

This was today's start to this crazy idea I had about a swing away bike rack. I think it's gonna work out. Due to angles and using the existing tire carrier hole along with the shackle bracket on the other side it is not symmetrical. It simply drops in and will only be used carrying bikes so it won't be seen really without bikes. Thinking it will be fine

Updated progress. Complete minus knock in end caps and clear tubing I am going to put over each of the contact points. Last picture coming, with two bikes on it ready to roll.
