surround sound?

I was reading the manual and it says in audio settings there should be a setting for surround sound? I have the Alpine system with subwoofer. I don't see a surround sound tab in the audio settings. Anyone have it?

It's automatic. Essentially this means that on certain tracks, the music may be separated. For instance you may have drums coming out of the left speaker and voice coming out of the left. This is most likely already happening in your Jeep, but it's really only noticeable on certain songs. A song that is commonly used by audiophiles to test this is "Space Oddity" by David Bowie. Download it on your phone and give it a try.
