Wanted something minimalist and this looks clean.

Been told this will be an issue when I'm rock climbing as it's body mounted. Doubt I will do any of the rock climbing thing but would like to keep the option open. Most of it will be offroad trails and I doubt it will snag on to something which could do substantial damage.

If someone has experience/opinion on the snagging / damage part of it, please share.

When picking out running boards one should consider that the tires do throw rocks and a step that sticks out a bit will protect your doors. I got the Roam side steps and am happy with them as the fit looks nice. I feel sorry for the car door that swings open and hits it as they are heavy and solid.

hello & happy new year to everyone i just bought 2019 rubicon,so we all know about height of rubicon,i want to put side steps on it coz,when my mom wants to go somewhere she had hard time to step in it.can u plz suggest me which side steps r perfect for rubicon,do i go with power foot steps or any other like go rhino.

Have you sold your stock "sidesteps"?

Went with the LOD signature series on my JLUR. Will hold up to anything I will be able to throw at them and they are very functional as a step. Easy inatallation as well.
