I'm at the point where I can no longer keep further mods below a grand. Either I'm going to keep my Jeep lightly modded or I'm going to have to dive into the deep end with a lift, 35s and a regear, lol.
I too am at the point of suspension and tires. It's fun but it's a dang rabbit hole!

True. After all of that then I'd be looking at lockers, new sway bars, ect... lol

I know, the least expensive thing I'm looking at now is tube doors. I've done the cube lights, radio antenna, cargo mat, wheels, blah blah blah blah blah....??

I said I was gonna stay stock when I bought my JL sport. I already have metal bumpers, rock sliders, quick disconnects, rubicon suspension, front diff skid and a winch. It still mostly stock, it still has the oem ATish 32in tires. My plan was to use them for at least 25k miles before going up to 33s KO2s. But I cant sleep.I cant help it anymore and might be installing those 33s sooner than later. I told my wife thats it. But those damn ARB lockers are lingering, waiting their turn to hunt me once I upgrade tires.
Their coming out with C-rated 37" ko2's. Just trying to help.

That does help. I really like the ko2's! Now I have to go for broke buying tires, tailgate reinforcement, and spare tire carrier and/or new rear bumper. You're a lifesaver!

Oh, I was just about to rail into you for that measly 5 blahs, but it sounds like you're on the right path. Carry on!

This is my first Jeep and I have no interest in rock crawling so I went with the Rubicon so I wouldn't "need" to lift it.

Took it to an Adventure Park and stayed on the Level 1 & 2 trails — got addicted.

Went back to the Adventure Park to hit the Level 3 trails and started gingerly checking out some Level 4s.

Told myself it's more important to focus on safety and recovery first. Added the steel front bumper and a winch. Added additional recovery point to the rear. Wheelin' by myself so I need high-quality recovery stuffs — gave Factor 55 a lot of my money...

Wife bought me some amber ditch lights for Christmas. So, naturally, I HAD to get amber fog lights to match...

Signed up for a local Jeep Academy day. Gotta have my own portable air compressor and GMRS handhelds for that!

My "gonna keep it stock" Jeep is now "Stock + $5,000" But I haven't lifted it yet!

The current discussion in my head is, "Gotta put at least 30k miles on those factory 33s. Then 'maybe' I'll just add 35s and not lift it..."

Is it possible to lose an argument with yourself?!

The stock 33s are worth as much on here with 30k and just remember your argument from earlier amber ditch lights, NATURALLY led to amber fog lights. Why wouldn't 35s NATURALLY lead to a lift?! You've got this. You're as supported as that girl on the trampoline. :CWL:
