Still in camo?

Saw this guy today while sitting at the gas station. Weird how it's still in camo. Sorry for the blurry pics but this was as zoomed in as I could go on my phone. Could it be the turbo or diesel in testing?

The 2019s are well under way so it easily could be. We know they have decided to stop using peanut butter to weld frame, so they are probably nervous with such a big change.
