Presenting the nearly fully revealed JLU Wrangler!

After last week's pre-launch tease by FCA head designer Ralph Gilles, FCA has finally decided it's time to drop almost all of the 2018 Jeep Wrangler's camouflage, fully revealing the front and rear end and almost all the design changes for the next-generation JL.

We get our first look at the JL Wrangler's production grille, fender LED light strip and DRLs, along with other expected features and design changes including a flatter, redesigned vented hood, relocated windshield hinges, smoother and sleeker fender flares, modernized hood latches, door hinges and door pull handles, reshaped front and rear bumpers, and new LED head and tail lights -- to name just a few.

Let us know what's your favorite new design feature!

UPDATED WITH MORE IMAGES OF 2018 JLU RUBICON:

Today we spied a more polished looking black JLU Rubicon out testing with a completely exposed rear hardtop, revealing a prominent lip that extends out over the rear glass of the new Wrangler.

It also shows a slightly larger rear window and a lowered spare tire which we reported last month would be mounted approximately 4 inches lower than that of the current JK Wrangler.

Not a fan of those fenders. Everything else looks good.

Loving what I see! :involve::clap::rock:

I know we've seen the production grille before but I'm surprised how good it looks when seen together with the entire vehicle.

Ok, looks like a Jeep, to me. Nothing radical here. Barely a change, at all. I'm ok with that. Now let's see what's under the skin! The first one must be a Rubi. Are the tires 33's?

I agree. They look really cheap. The JK flares look much better, even on my 10 year old JKU.

The plastic bits on these things look terrible. Look at the wave or bow in the running board on what appears to be a Sahara.

Looks good the rear is a lot sleeker can't tell if I like it yet reminds me a bit of the renegade.

Finally! Those stock bumpers are a huge improvement I like how everything looks to be more slimmed down and less clunky. The grill shape change is subtle but makes a big difference, really nice mix of TJ and JK in there.
