Steering column control module Canbus code

Wondering if anyone can help me trouble shoot this. I have an active code in JSCAN.

diagnostic variant id
can c bus-
active - Steering Column Control Module

I was getting ready to check fuses but I can’t tell which one it is based on the descriptions. I have a multi meter. Hopping someone can help. I tried searching for the code but not much help there.

Also, there’s no check engine light.

update. The second line under the code keeps changing. I checked it again and it said "remote start". the next time I checked it it said "spare part number". very strange.
