I have had to be jumped twice in the last two months. My battery is only 4 months old 760 CCA, auxiliary battery has been disconnected from the ground and fuse removed. Wipers work by themselves when this happens. Do I need a battery that has more cranking amps since I do not use the auxiliary one. Any thoughts and suggestions.

You don't need a bigger battery. It's possible you have a parasitic current drain when engine is off. Some have reported dash lights not turning off, might check half an hour after you park. Have you added any electrical mods since this started? If neither above, I'd load test the battery to see if it is good.

You may have already checked this so if so forgive me. After replacing my main battery and 2000+ miles later I had no start conditions, even blank dash display. 2nd attempt to start usually worked. Turned out my + positive connection was tight but not tight enough. I could grab it and with some effort twist it. I tightened it down and no problems since. Those babies have to be really torqued down tight. I've never owned a vehicle before that was so voltage/amp sensitive.
