Sport Bumper Plastic Removal

I want to see how the front bumper is constructed under the plastic cover to see how to mount lights directly on top of the bumper by drilling holes to mount brackets. Has anyone removed the cover? Easy? Comments on what's underneath? Thanks

The plastic cover was actually quite a pain to get off (for me at least) due to the 8 super annoying retaining clips that hold the plastic part to the bumper. I had to take it apart to get the stock fogs out.

With that said there is a lip at the top of the metal under the plastic you can probably use.
