Sahara/Rubi rear plastic bumper on Sport/Willys?

Hello!

I'm sure this has been asked before, but will the plastic Sahara/Rubi bumper fit on a Sport/Willys? Are the rubi and sahara rear plastic bumpers identical, or is the rubi wider? Looking for this one with the red reflectors...

My Sahara’s stock front bumper is identical to Rubicon’s but with silver bezels.

My rear Sahara bumper, though, is shaped like the one on that Willys, not on that Rubicon. A difference is mine has the backup sensors built in.

Rubi is definitely wider and has different in fender fillers to align with the higher/wider flares. Believe Sahara would line up fine.

The Rubicon rear bumper likely has a bigger opening for the spare, as well.

I’d start looking on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, the classifieds on here, for anyone who swapped their rear Sahara plastic bumpers.

Nope! Tried ordering rubi fenders to fit the steel bumper I had purchased but they've been sold out for about 8 months. No restock date in sight!

The bumper on the Rubicon in the OP is the steel bumper, that's why it looks different.

Assuming you don't have the steel bumper group, Rubicons and Saharas have identical plastic bumper covers. The difference is the end caps because they need to match the different fender flare sizes.

No, Rubi and Sahara plastic bumpers are identical, the difference is the end caps. Pretty sure you can buy all the parts (bumper cover, end caps, closeout panels, fasteners) from Quadratec, assuming they're in stock.

I have a 19 Sahara. I swapped all the fenders to Rubicon fenders and then swapped my rear bumpers end caps. I ended up ordering some white plastic clips that are one time use also in addition to these part numbers. They attach part 18 to the reused rear bumper cover. Here’s the part number. 68225214AA
