Spod Bantam X Wireless

I installed my Bantam X in my Rubicon today and following the directions of switching the #1 pin on and off in quick succession and tried to connect it to Bluetooth on my IPhone 14 Pro, and for the life of me trying what, maybe 5 times I could not get it to connect
My phone was in Bluetooth pairing and nothing,.
Anyone have any tricks to doing so?

Did you see the BantamX come up in the list of available BT devices on your phone and have you downloaded the SPOD app?

Also, make sure you’re flipping the #1 dip switch and not the #6 by mistake. When you get the BantamX into pairing mode you’ll see the lights by the Ethernet connection on the BantamX flash.

You pair it through the app, not your phone. Gotta make sure you get the lights on the board to flash though.

I have the app installed, only flipped the #1 switch and it doe not connect, it goes through the motions of looking but doesn’t connect. Everything is connected as instructions given but I am still having the issue.
I even watched the video on pairing them and followed exactly what the guy did and it still didn’t work.
I will call them on Monday.

Were you able to see the BantamX appear in the app at all?
It shows up, you hit cancel and then it comes back again with a PIN.

I did get the box come up along with the number code, however each time I entered the code it kept cycling through connecting to HD switch but did not stay connected.
