Much appreciate the feedback. My order sheet has a total price of $42,995 based on the options I selected. The EP is listed as $39,643 and FFP as $41,179. But I'm not sure what is my supplier discount price. The invoice is not shown either since we haven't really ordered the vehicle yet. Two dealers whom I was talking with via email stopped answering my emails when I told them that I had a supplier discount. I'm hoping the invoice price is closer to the EP listed above! I will try to call the dealer and see if they are willing to work with me or not.

Checked with two Arizona dealers and got the same answer: All special pricing like EP, FFP having been stopped and special orders are MSRP pricing. One New Mexico dealer quoted me $2700 over sticker! They did say that with automakers cutting production numbers for MY2022, they expect it to get harder and harder to not increase pricing even further! The dealer I ordered my Willys from had up to $4k markup on Wranglers on his lot! Crazy!
Definitely search around. I was fortunate enough to find a dealer that went under invoice and saved me some money on a new JL.
Log into the FCA Affiliate website, the dealership search function there will give you a count of each dealers affiliate orders. Those with more transactions are more likely to honor it.
