Do you have spark knock? Check your EGR valve simply unplug it and see if your spark knock goes away. If it does make sure your EGR valve is opening and closing, take it off and clean the carbon buildup out of it with some parts cleaner and clear all your passageways thru the recirculation system rarely does your EGR valve go bad just needs cleaning. This is one of the major undetectable causes of spark knock.
