2021 with alpine.
B pillar soundbar woofer plug seems to only do mid bass and no actual mids.
I read the smaller plug does mids and highs. Right now I have the smaller plug to a tweet.
Can anyone confirm it has mids to it as well? If so I'm thinking about drilling out the Select Increments adapters I'm using for a 1" tweeter and 6.5" speaker and fitting a 2.5" mid+high range speaker instead.

I guess i won't know if it's compatible from an impedence perspective though.

The other question is is the factory "tweeter" 2 ohm? 4ohm?

I'm trying to get more mids to the back. The current 6.5" speaker only doing bass and 1" tweet only screaming out highs is not providing good balance.

Any feedback/thoughts?

I tried to replace the soundbar speakers with a set of Infinity 3 ohm components. The amp did not like the impedance and shut them off. Re-installed the factory speakers to see if the amp was ok and they started working again. Then tried a set of Alpine components and I think i blew the tweeters. Unlike the JK, the factory Alpine amp is very sensitive to speaker impedance. Ended up tearing it all out for a MB Quart Stage 6 system with the sub.

So far I've tried Kicker and Alpline S65 speakers. They all work with the amp, but the sound quality is barely an improvement. The issue is the factory amplifier and how it mixes the audio, send mid-bass with no actual mids and highs anywhere but the 3.5" speakers in the dash, etc. To anyone that stumbles across this, don't bother upgrading speakers unless you also replace the factory amplifier.
