The soft top is supposed to “click” and lock when you fold it all the way down prior to flipping the Switches for the locks down. I took my top down today and they won’t lock in place. Time to head to the dealership. Anyone else have this problem?

Did you push down on it once it is down all the way? i have the soft top on mine and i have to push down on both sides, and u will feel it "lock" then flip the levers. hope this helps.

Mine has never locked, purchased brand new because mine came as a hardtop. I had read and watched everything about this new top, specially about locking when down and pushing down on top and unlocking so you don't bend the frame putting up. But It never worked! I just use bungee cords to the window rail in trunk. Does the same thing and holds it lower to see out back easier!

It used to lock all the time with exception to today. Like you said, push down both sides and you year a click then flip the locks. No audible click and I can pull the top back up with the switches in the locked position now. Thankfully the straps work well. Still under warranty so I’ll make an appointment with the dealer.
