Soft top + under seat amp, theft concerns?

Soft tops are known for being broken into often nationwide. I'm just curious to know if under seat installed amps get stolen as much during break ins or not. Obviously if they have time they will steal it, but I'm thinking most are short break ins where they grab and go and won't have time to steal your screwed in under seat amp.

Have you had any experience or knowledge of how common it is for this to happen?

They are almost always after a very quick score - things left out in the open and easily taken. This is definitely one of those "YMMV" issues though depending on where you live, work, etc.

Be smart and do what you can that might mitigate the risk (make things less visible, remove things you can when you park, etc.) I've literally seen where someone left a note on their Jeep saying there's nothing valuable inside and that everything is unlocked so that "you can look for yourself"

At some point, you just gotta enjoy your Jeep and not worry about what people might or might not do while it's parked.

Figure out a way to bolt it in and hide it with a cover if you're concerned about it. Out of sight and a PIA to remove generally does the trick.
