Just had a soft top installed on my JLU, and before I left the dealership, they walked me through the basic operations. I put it in the sunrider position and drove it home that way. Now that I am home, I'm having an issue closing it. I was hoping enough folks have experience with the soft top to let me know if the issue is something that I did, or not. Issue #1: As I was driving into my garage, the soft top (in sunrider position) hit the top of my garage door (apparently there isn't quite enough clearance). Visual inspection showed no obvious damage to the soft top. 2) However, when I folded it forward, it stops moving about 6 inches short of fully closed. I inspected it and discovered that the left rear arm (see arrows) will not rotate forward completely. I can rotate it back, putting it back in sunrider position, but it will not rotate forward beyond a certain point. The right one is fine, you can tell it wants to rotate forward. So it's stuck "almost" closed. See pics. Do you think something got bent when I hit the garage door? I'm going to bring it back to have them look at it, but thought I would pose the question here as well. See pics. Thanks!
