Soft Top Rear Window Lift Gate Mod?

I vaguely recall once seeing a product that would allow you to mod your soft top rear window so that it would open up like a hard top window.

Of course I can't find it anymore, and now I think I'm going crazy.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Definitely. I recently went on a 2 week vacation and it was great with having to deal with bags and luggage.

Is it much trouble to remove the rear window if you so choose with this mod?

It’s just two little clips that you pinch to remove the arms. Not really hard to take apart.


Is it water tight?
Yes. All the parts stay inside the Jeep and no modification is need on the outside.

I forgot to ask. How about lowering the soft top, what needs to be done to perform that?
