Has anyone found a good quality soft top boot for their 2-door JL? I can’t seem to find one except for one on Amazon that doesn’t look very good.
Here is what I’m looking for, but for a JL. I called my local Mopar dealer and they said this does not exist for a JL:

I love the clean look of this. Just wish it was for a JL!

TIA.

There are at least 2 on Amazon. Just, search for 'Jeep JL Soft Top Boot'.
I’m only seeing the one by Shadeidea that I referenced in my original email. Is there a different brand you are able to find?

I thought I've seen one, but just 4 bolts and the whole thing comes off. The ultimate clean look.

I like that idea, but I’m hesitant about getting caught in a rain storm. Did you completely remove your soft top? If so, any tips if you get caught in a storm?

Yes, drive faster.

There are bikini tops that are easy to store.
Or you can park under a gas station and wait for it to pass.

Smittybilt has one for the 4 door . I recall reading reviews saying that it would work better for the 2 door . Too tight for the 4 door

Thanks! In the description details of the Smittybilt, it does actually say it fits a 2-door. Of course, it is out of stock and I can’t find it for sale anywhere else. So far that one is my favorite. Unless I find something better I will order once it is back in stock.
Thanks again!

I have the Smittybilt 700235 and it fits the 4 door just fine. I use it all the time. It does fit the 4 door top snug, my guess is it might be a little loose for the 2 door. I couldn't find anyone else making one when I got it. Bestop used to make them for the TJ, which I had one of those for mine. Like the OP said, I don't want to get caught in the rain when out on a long trip. Gas stations, and overpasses are good places to stop and put the top up, but not to sit and wait out a 2-3 hour storm.

Ha, I had my top down 2 years ago and got caught in a sudden downpour during rush hour traffic not far from home with no place to pull over. Let's just say the Jeep got an interior wash. The rain was acting like a finger when it hit the infotainment screen so I turned it off due to it constantly jumping around. A wipe down and a day if sitting in the sun, looks no different.

Yep. Another vote for the Smittybilt. I’ve been using for a couple of years now. It really cleans up the look while the top is down.

Thank you for the pic of the boot on your 2-door!
That’s exactly what I’m looking for. Now I just need to find it in stock somewhere……

and use your underwear to wipe the inside of the windshield, that was the good thing with the YJ and TJ, no carpet to get soaked with the rain.

Carpet has no place being in a Wrangler.
