Size question threaded inserts (AKA Nutserts)

I've added an aftermarket winch bumper to my wife's JL. After removing the fairing below the bumper, there are a pair of protruding frame pieces that were originally used as mounts for the plastic fairing and steel sheet metal guard. I'm going to use the hex-shaped holes in the sides of the protrusions to attach a custom skid plate. There are no aftermarket skid plate solutions available for my bumper.

Does anyone know what size hex-shaped threaded inserts fit in the holes? Thanks!
