Since 1941 Rock Rails

I saw a Wrangler in a parking lot yesterday. I noticed that it had rock rails that I liked. I examined them and was looking for a manufacturer I.D so I could look into buying the same. These rails were the 3 tube design with a step. The steps were thin sheet steel, and each one had cut-outs stating SINCE 1941. Also, the Wrangler was a 1941 Edition of I think a JL. It was badged as such. Does anyone know who makes these rock rails and how I can get some?

There’s no “1941 Edition.” At least not from the factory. Perhaps you saw a JL decked out with 1941 decals.
