Side Mirror Squeak Fix

As many of you know the JL side mirrors are price to squeaking. I saw a lot that talked about applying super glue to the two halves of the mirror housing. This worked for me for about a year but the squeaking returned after a year. I may not have put enough glue.

I started researching more. I cannot find the link but on another forum someone used electrical tape around the the seam of the housing. This has eliminated the squeak all together. Just wanted to share.
